Selling a home here
If you're selling a house around here, an experienced team member runs the work, and I watch the file from the first walk-through to the last signature.
Your agent will tell you what is happening, and when. The pace stays easy.
Getting the house ready
Your agent walks the house with you and makes a short list: what to fix, what to leave, and what a buyer notices in the first few minutes.
You decide what you're willing to do. I look at that list.
Photos and video
Then the team photographs the house, and films a walk-through when still photos can't carry a room.
The pictures should look like the house on an ordinary day.
How we talk about price
The team sets the price from homes that have sold nearby and from the ones for sale now.
Your agent shows you those homes and the reason for the number.
If the market answers differently than we thought, the price can change, and you'll hear why.
I sign off on that reasoning.
Getting the word out
The listing goes where buyers are already looking, with the photos, the price, and a plain description.
The house is described as it is.
How often you'll hear from the team
You hear from your agent on a rhythm set at the start: what showed, what people said, and whether we hold or adjust.
If a week is quiet, they'll say that. I read those notes.
