The City Council approved on final reading the rezoning that keeps Reflection Riding's Garden Road land as open space and urban agricultural ground.
Good morning, neighbors! Happy First Tee & Friends day out at the club, and here's some good news from just down Garden Road.
Construction & development
- The Chattanooga City Council approved on final reading the rezoning of 400, 402 and 405 Garden Road, home of Reflection Riding, according to a Citizen Portal summary of the meeting dated Oct. 28. Case 2026-0106 moves the land from RN-1-7.5 residential to OS Open Space and A-1 Urban Agricultural zoning, subject to conditions, and it had been recommended for approval by the Planning Commission and staff. That means one of Lookout Valley's best-loved landscapes is now zoned to match how we all enjoy it. The exact conditions and the ordinance number: not confirmed.
